Guadalupe (Lupita) C. Albert has been part of PMD since 2000. She brings extensive experience with bookkeeping, year-end business account analysis, and assistance with payroll tax filing. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for her attention to detail and dependable approach. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active and spending time with family.

Christine joined PMD in 2022 after a career in customer service. She supports a range of firm operations, including workers’ compensation audits, corporate record updates, annual reports, BETE filings, and client posting services. She also helps clients navigate administrative processes and payroll tax filing requirements. Outside work, Christine enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Jordan joined PMD full time in January 2026. He brings experience in individual and business tax preparation from an earlier public accounting internship, along with customer service and communication experience from the insurance industry. He earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Husson University in 2026 and served as president of the Husson University Accounting Society.

Beth is an accountant and tax preparer with a background in bookkeeping and several tax seasons of experience. As an Enrolled Agent, she brings a careful approach to tax work and ongoing professional development. Beth lives in Wallagrass with her husband, Jamie, and enjoys family time, snowmobiling, and summers at the lake.

Lisa is a welcoming first point of contact in PMD’s Fort Kent office and supports daily firm operations. She brings customer service experience from several industries and a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Post College. Originally from Connecticut, she moved to Fort Kent in 1989. Lisa enjoys time with her family, reading, genealogy, and writing.

France brings 37 years of bookkeeping experience to PMD. Her work includes monthly QuickBooks posting and account reconciliations, and she is valued for her dependable, bilingual support. Outside work, France enjoys time with her family and creating cement crafts and mosaic projects.

Donna has served PMD and its clients for more than 24 years. She oversees daily operations in the Madawaska office and supports bookkeeping and accounting work. Her patient, clear communication is especially appreciated by clients. Outside the firm, Donna and her husband, Gary, have long operated the SkyLite Drive-In in Madawaska.

Vanessa joined PMD in September 2026. She is completing her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Grand Canyon University and expects to graduate in October 2026. She is eager to learn, build connections, and grow with the team while supporting clients and colleagues. Outside the office, Vanessa keeps up with her three active, school-aged children and enjoys sporting events, school activities, family outings, and time outdoors in Northern Maine.

Jim began his career with the firm in 1960 after graduating from Burdette Business College. He joined his father, J. Wilfred Plourde, and went on to become a founding partner of PMD. Retired from licensure, he continues to contribute decades of tax experience and institutional knowledge. Jim lives in Madawaska and has enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobiling, and community volunteering.

Gina Theriault is a bookkeeper at PMD, bringing a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to every task. Her experience includes payroll quarter processing, trucking and fuel applications and renewals, tax return proofing, and notary services, making her an important part of the firm’s day-to-day operations. Outside the office, Gina enjoys spending time with friends and family and getting outdoors four-wheeling. She is also a proud cat mom to two spoiled fur babies, Fiona and Oliver.

Ethan is licensed as a CPA in Maine and Canada. He earned a commerce degree with an accounting specialization from Dalhousie University in 2019 and began his public accounting career in Toronto. A St. John Valley native, he returned to the area with his wife, Keardin. Outside work, he enjoys golf and the outdoors, particularly time in the Allagash.
