Mark A. Morneault, CPA

Mark is a founding leader of PMD, bringing over 40 years of experience and a deep commitment to clients, colleagues, and the firm’s long-term success. He began his career with the firm in 1980, earned his degree from Thomas College in 1984, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986.

Mark has spent his career building trusted relationships with clients and helping colleagues grow in their work. He approaches each conversation with care, listening closely to the circumstances behind the numbers and keeping each client’s long-term interests in view. Within PMD, he champions mentorship, professionalism, and a collaborative, respectful workplace. He believes that when people feel supported and accountable to one another, clients receive more thoughtful and consistent service.

Mark resides in Fort Kent with his wife, Lisa. He is the proud father of two, Kurtis and Kate, and grandfather to Luke, Ryan, and Elise. Outside the office, he values time spent with family above all else.

Dale D. Dubay, CPA

Dale is a seasoned accounting professional and firm leader with decades of experience, deep community roots, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed. He earned his B.S. in Public Accounting from Husson College in 1988 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991. Dale joined PMD in 1990 and advanced to principal and stockholder within just a few years, reflecting his dedication to both the firm and its clients.

Dale resides in Eagle Lake with his wife, Susan, and takes great pride in his two children, Dustin and Samantha, and his growing family of grandchildren. Outside the office, he enjoys boating, ATV riding, mountain biking, and unwinding with board and card games.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Dale notes that collaboration is at the heart of the firm’s success. He values working alongside talented colleagues to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions, emphasizing that the team’s diverse experience and professional credentials allow the firm to serve as a true full-service resource for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
